✅ Experience operating high-pressure spray systems
✅ Knowledge of paint equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning
✅ Ability to perform general housekeeping and upkeep of paint booths
✅ Understanding of proper paint application techniques and surface preparation
✅ Commitment to safety and quality standards
✅ Dependable with a strong work ethic
