We are seeking a motivated Staffing Recruiter to help source, interview, and place qualified candidates with our clients. This role is fast-paced, people-focused, and perfect for someone who loves matching great talent with great opportunities.


Responsibilities:

• Source and screen, call, and schedule potential employees for interview, through job boards, referrals and outreach
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and external recruitment agencies and job boards to attract top talent

• Daily cold calling and inputting into a simple Excel spreadsheet
• Conduct interviews with qualified candidates to determine strategic job placement based on skills/experience
• Manage onboarding steps (background checks, paperwork, start dates and job details)

• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files in an applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of and experience with human resources principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in cold calling techniques to source potential candidates
• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, marketing or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees and customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2 years experience preferred

Schedule : Monday-Friday, in-office, 8:00am-5:00pm
