Neighbors Helping Neighbors: Refuge for Those Displaced by the Feliz Fire

In times of crisis, one of the most important things we can offer one another is refuge.

As our neighbors in the Hopland area face evacuations from the Feliz Fire, the Temple of Isis and Isis Oasis Sanctuary are opening our doors to those who need a temporary safe place to land.

Our Sanctuary has lived through many years of North Bay fires, evacuations, uncertainty, and recovery. We understand that when an evacuation happens, people may suddenly find themselves away from home with very little time to prepare.

If we have room, we want to help.

Temporary accommodations are being made available at Isis Oasis Sanctuary in Geyserville as space permits.

We Are Here for Our Neighbors

If you or someone you know has been displaced by the Feliz Fire and needs temporary refuge, please contact us before arriving.

Those evacuating with pets or other animals should let us know when contacting the Sanctuary so we can determine what we can safely accommodate.

Please share this message throughout the Hopland, Mendocino County, and North Bay communities so that those who need help know that another door is open.

May those who are frightened find comfort.
May those who are displaced find refuge.
May those protecting our communities be protected themselves.
May all beings find their way to safety.

In service to our community,
