Our Rituals

Greetings from the Temple of Isis.

We are here today to pray for peace with all of you. Normally we are in the small town of Geyserville, CA at the Isis Oasis Sanctuary in our ‘House of Life’ shrine. Our shrine is decorated much like the ones in use during ancient times in Egypt.

The Divine Mother Isis is known as The Laady of Ten Thousand Names and therefore emcompasses in her valuminous wings all people, all animals, all plants, all insects, and reptiles. She is the embodiment of Mother Nature who all you are familiar with.

In Egypt you can still see Her temple at Philae Yet She was worshipped abroad in Greece, Rome and throughout Europe. We here at the Isis Oasis Sanctuary, home of the Temple of Isis, are dedicated to keeping Her name alive!

We attempt to live by the 42 Ideals of Maat, they are very simple and if one strives to live by them it would indeed be a more peaceful world. 

Our Noon Rite :

Every day at Noon we gather in our ‘House of Life’ shrine and this is how we pray to the Divine Mother!

Our Opening Prayer :

“Divine Isis, Goddess Of Ten Thousand Names, I Invoke Your Grace. Come To Our Temple Oh Goddess, Dwell In Our Shrine, Make Our Hearts Your Altar, And Our Hearts Your Home. Bring Vision And Healing To All Who Use This Shrine. Give Us Wisdom And Unveil The Truth, And With Thy Feathery Wings Protect Us. Breathe Into Us The Breath Of Life And Health, And Strength!” 

Song To Welcome The Day :

“It Is Noon , Let Us Celebrate The Moon

Let Us Celebrate The Stars

No Matter Where They Are.

It Is Noon, Let Us Celebrate The Sun

That Shines On Everyone

Let Us Celebrate Our Day

Offering To The Divine Mother :

We hold up a mirror to our face and reflect on what it is we wish for ourselves and the world this day. We repeat this 3 times to make the wish manifest stronger!

Today the words shall be –   “Peace, Love, And Sustainability” (all repeat 3 times)

Honoring The Directions :

As they have done in many cultures throughout eternity, we now honor the sacred directions. Let us all do this together by turning to face the east first. We then move clockwise to the next sacred direction, which is south. We sing or chant this prayer as our spirits are so inspired!

“Let Us Honor The East, Element Of Air, With The Winds Ever Blowing.

And We Honor The South, Element Of Fire, With The Flames Ever Glowing.

And We Honor The West, Element Of Water, With The Rivers Ever Flowing.

And We Honor The North, Element Of Earth, With The Seeds Ever Growing.

And We Honor The Spirits Both Above And Below, With The Wisdom Ever Knowing.

We Honor Our Bodies Both Without And Within, With The Love Forever Showing.”

Our Closing Prayer :

“For We Come Into This World With All These Gifts And More 

Our Very Own Special Essence.

Let Us Thank The Goddess For That Which She Bestows.

Let Us Go Forth Refreshed And Renewed With Dedication To 

Preserve And Protect All Life. 

For We Are All Children Of Isis The Great Mother Goddess.”

There are many spiritual paths that  honor the time of High Noon all over the world. Our form of spirituality is one that is the oldest on the planet. We believe in “Catma – Not Dogma,” and focus on the Divine Mother who has been ignored for thousands of years causing a huge imbalance on the planet.  May we all go forth in peace and love!
